But most importantly, you need to have a passion for makeup and a respect for ethnic women. You need to listen to their needs and preferences, and customize your services accordingly. You need to treat them with kindness and professionalism, and make them feel comfortable and relaxed. You need to make them happy with your work, and make them smile with your words.
